When I was DIY-ing before Christmas, I was using the Beginner Body Weight Workout on Nerd Fitness and that worked really well for me - this is more of the same, just different exercises and a bit harder! The Nerd Fitness one is here: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/ - do that twice a week for six weeks and you'll see a difference
The boys are fine, happily munching their way through a bit of field that's been rested for two weeks to be sprayed. Merlin's brain has finally re-made the connection between getting wiped down with foul-smelling liquid and less flies, so he stood still and let me get on with it this morning, rather than flouncing off in horror!
I think I need a Pippi-style list today, as I'm Mr Minx's designated driver for his hospital appointment tomorrow and so have to get everything done in advance.- Shovel up the field
- Proofread 11 files
- Pack 25 orders
- Clean the house
- Finish weeding the vegetable patch
- Weed the garden
- Plant out the beans
- Ride Finn
- Take neighbours' key back
- Strength workout
- Photograph and list the new pendant settings

Not a bad attempt. Since Mr Minx is still up watching the footie, I am contemplating doing my strength workout now....0 -

It would be if I drank alcohol Mr Minx is going to benefit from that one
Workout done, I feel very virtuous and very sweaty!0 -
Not a lot done today, as I spent most of it driving Mr Minx to hospital for a test he had to be sedated for. The good news is that they're now 99% certain what's up with him, it's been found in the very early stages and it's completely fixable with medication
I got home to find a stock delivery, most of which was a special order for an American customer, so I got it uploaded to my website and sent her an email to let her know it was in. Fingers crossed she'll buy overnight and I'll wake up to a nice big sale in the morning.
Finally, completely non-debt-related, Mr Merlin showing exactly why he gets called a big yellow donkey occasionally
