    Boodle - what's Pacific Pie?

Hi Justamum :) Its the name of a dish I used to make years ago before being vegan. It was based on tinned tuna. This is our current version of it :) On the post to Chickien mentioned this is approx what I'll do: "the pacific pie is just dried soya flakes, a sheesy sauce (blitzed sheese + soya milk), nori, probs smoked paprika + a little tomato puree, veggies, + topped with pots again. Hope that helps :)" It's a sloppy fork-to-mouth dinner :rotfl:

Another change to tonight's dinner! Should have been carbonara but DH rang me this morning and told me his friend went fishing last night and had given him 5 sea bass and could I go up to his work and collect them and get them home to wash and freeze. So I've frozen 4 and we're having the biggest one tonight for dinner - really looking forward to it, haven't had bass for ages.

Thanks for the info Boodle, I'm definitely going to try layering potatoes on top of something in the slow cooker!!
