Another change to tonight's dinner! Should have been carbonara but DH rang me this morning and told me his friend went fishing last night and had given him 5 sea bass and could I go up to his work and collect them and get them home to wash and freeze. So I've frozen 4 and we're having the biggest one tonight for dinner - really looking forward to it, haven't had bass for ages.
