Daisy Butterfly: I havent made this variation yet but will post if its a success tomorrow. Just planned on adding the fruit, seeds and cocoa to a normal flapjack mixture.
HotCookie: that's how I started out and then realised it wouldn't make enough difference to our diet to justify it being too difficult!
Enjoying reading everyone's plans: thanks for sharingLove and compassion to all x0 -

Daisy Butterfly we have all just had a tester slice of the flapjack and is a unanimous success
50g cocoa powder
175g granulated sugar
175g marg
Melt together. I use the microwave but you can do it in a pan.
Stir in:
50g chopped dried apricots
50g pumpkin seeds
300g rolled oats
Press into a lined shallow oblong tin. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin then cut into bars.

Boodle, please could you let me know where you find your slow cooker recipes? I'm veggie and would love to use my slow cooker more, but have trouble finding inspiration! Your meal plan sounds lovelyThe greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.0
