Mm, I used to play quite often (badly) at small stakes but lost a lot of interest after full tilt went down, taking my bankroll with it. Still very occssional player on stars & have accounts on i think ladbrokes and titan (a very nice chinese lady calls my mobile every now and then trying to lure me back). All rowing machines play havoc with my knees, which is a shame as they are useful. Running has never given me much knee trouble but bike and arc trainer are safest, and also don't result in my Achilles snapping in two like running seems to. Cross trainer is even worse than the rowing machine for my knees.
I just do intervals as well, on bike mostly, does the job.0 -
