I found the fishcake :D I'd put some onion nets on the side to bring in and forgot them, so I went back out for them and the fishcake was on top. Brought the fishcake in and left the nets out there :rotfl:

Had lunch then fell asleep, woke up three hours later

Meant to add, I started a family row  I didn't mean to, I just told the truth during a conversation and got the blame for it emoticon_rolleyes.gif

Quick pop-in in middle of editorial stuff.

Feeling horribly smug as haven't spent a cent this week. (was going to say I haven't spent a penny but thought that might be misunderstood)

Pulled open a sticky drawer in the freezer today and discovered a few mince pies LO from Christmas - (I think 2011 but could be 2010) very nice warmed up with a chunk of ice cream.

RR: Lots of rest with a covered HW bottle pressed against the ear.

Miffy: Gorgeous! What a little charmer. The spit image of my Oscar who I had from three weeks old ( his mother died) and who was adopted and brought up by our German Shepherd. The photo of this minute kitten, cradled in the paws of the huge dog is one of my most treasured possession. Oh, Congrats to your DD too.

nmlc: You probably won't get this now, if lots of supportive thoughts for you and your family tomorrow.

Judi: lots of love to you as well. Go easy on yourself and rest as much as possible.

FB: congrats to you too. You have worked so hard with your students but it sounds as though the one that failed didn't put in as much effort herself.

tru: not everyone can take the truth can they? It will pass, like all family upsets.

Must get back to work. It's much more fun on here
