British Airways help

Hi

We booked flights with BA to Orlando 6 days ago. Noticed today that our flights have gone down by £75 each! Gutted.

Does anyone know if BA would do anything for us? Or if it would be worth cancelling and booking from scratch?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

No chance of any refund at all and you will probably find your flights cannot be cancelled.

How would you have felt if the price had gone up by £75 and BA asked you for more?

The simple rule is: book your flight and then don't look at the price again.

Normally I would say not to bother.

But £75 across a family adds up. Just give them a call saying you never expected BA did things like that and that you were lead to believe flights went up, not down. Explain this is why you you book BA and it's your preferred airline.

    You never know ;)

So in one breath you attempt to come across as a 'savvy' traveller who has a 'preferred' airline and in the next you bleat 'I didn't know flight prices went down as well as up'

    Good luck with that! :rotfl:

Preferred doesn't mean you fly every week with them, just that when you do, it's the first place you look ;)

Besides, you're loaded, you can afford to just rule out increases in cost - some of us aren't that lucky ;) xxx

Nice try but no banana! :D

By the way, if you tried to say that you were lead to believe that flight prices only went up and not down how would you explain airline sale fares? Try and make out that you were unaware such things existed? :p

Funnily enough an email from Netflights has just appeared in my inbox advising me that BA's Worldwide Sale is now on! ;)

We both know sales are different hun.

Fact is, if you had been chinned to the tune of £75 PP I know you'd be on the blower looking for blood. :D
