Vodafone has taken over £300 over a year after I cancelled!

I cancelled my Vodafone account in May 2011 after starting a O2 account. I didn't realise until 3 days ago that they have taken £24 a month from my account! :cry: After contacting them, they have said I asked for a PAC which I obviously didn't. Not a bad result considering you didn't really have any proof of the cancellation. As above - make sure you are more careful next time although I'm sure given this experience you will be
