Rising - I can see not being able to eat fruit / veg would make some common healthy eating recommendations more difficult, but not impossible. Is it all fruit and veg you're unable to eat? Not being flippant, but a lot of the 'diet' part is common sense, reducing portion size and cutting down on all the sweet/sugary/fatty stuff that doesn't fill us up and goes straight to our hips. Although I've lost some inches overall since I've been doing boot camp, I've actually put on weight due to muscle growth (well that's what I'm told :rotfl:) so perhaps try and focus on the measurements and overall fitness? Maisie must be helping with that I imagine. :) Our instructor also gave us a good rule of 80/20 - ie if you follow a good healthy diet plan 80% of the time, you can treat yourself (within reason) the other 20%. That way cravings, and guilt factor are kept at bay meaning you're more likely to stick to your goals.

OMG I sound like a gym bunny :eek:

Thanks Kerri ..... Fruit - I could probably get away with eating a little each day, such as an apple (not every day tho' as too many aren't good!) or a banana or a bit of melon the odd day. All citrus and things like pineapples, plums etc are totally out. Veg - the "roots" are fine so swede, parsnips & carrots (pots have points in them unfortunately!) and things like peas, babycorn etc but nothing like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflour etc (which I love!) which are all out.

Will try cutting back a bit the first couple of weeks & see what happens - need to be really careful with diet changes as really don't want to "set the tummy off"

Good morning folks from a warm and sunny NI:)

I'm heading to the gym in a while and am off to a pre wedding party later on, so don't expect to have an NSD today. I hope everyone has a good weekend and enjoys whatever sunshine is around:)
Kerri, your storage areas for the loo rolls just made me:rotfl:
