Good evening folks,
I hope everyone is well. Can I just say that it is the girth of my waistline that makes me go to the gym at 6.30am:o, although having weighed myself in the gym today, am the lightest I have been for a long long time:D. I tend to yoyo though, so need to keep going to the gym:o.
Declaring NSD11 for today please:DIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
