I know the weather is so hit and miss, but if you can get outside then camping is always a winner. We also prepare homemade picnics and go sit in the local parj with the weekend papers. I love getting out and about, but with no car at present day trips can take careful planning! If you can't afford to go abroad like us, plan a series of days out through the summer, spaced out so there is always something to look forward to. If your local area has some sort of what's on tourist website it should advertise free things. Taking a picnic will keep costs down!02 0% £719.20 £434.48

We're lucky enough to live near the beach so if it ever stops raining we'll be down there with a picnic. I've been saving coins and the odd note in the kitchen money box since January and have £90 in there for school holiday treats (sealed pot challenge gave me the idea for that!).Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

caravan, we already own it, and with 5 dogs we haven't been abroad since 2004 and don't miss it there are some beautiful places in this country and no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing, its £126 for a week in September with plenty of time to save for it, it won't cost us anymore whilst we're there as we cook for ourselves and the diesel we use to get there will be the same as if we were running around all week for work, we also cottage share with friends in februaryLBM 2 and the OH is onboard sept 12, DMP will start on the 1st November, DFD who cares as longs as it comes:)
1 year down 5 to go and now under 30k and 10% paid off :beer:0
