  • hmmm well was a nsd..... but next called However!!! found a 20 quid voucher in my purse, so taking the 20 quid jeans bk and paying on voucher does that count????!!! getting excited about doing the money shuffle on the 2nd feb...... also aim is to get my mortage under £135,000 .

  • I agree with Lula - vouchers are like monopoly money and have to be spent (quickly!)

    I admire your discipline on the holiday front. Not sure I'd have had your reserve. Day trips can often work out just as costly in the long run. We always take a flask and picnic to help keep costs down.

    Do you have anywhere specific in mind? I'd love to go to Hampton Court Palace. We have Tesco clubcard vouchers that need using up so might exchange them for that. It will be something to look forward to when the warmer weather comes.

    we are pretty well behaved , i often do butties and cartens of pop to drink. Bust day today, missed the gym AGAIN this morning , so off to shops with mother, need to get toilet rolls and kitchen rolls exciting!!! then lunch home, clean the show home from top to botton ( have some friends round tonight, who havent been since it was done up) , then you guessed it THE GYM!!!! then an evening of chilling.

    ALSO need to get a onzie, having a onzie night at my friends and still yet to find one!!!! xx

  • EEEKKK some more rubbish is selling of flebay!!!! ok its on 99p each but look after the pennies and that. Shop went well, toilet rolls should last till june - based on one a week!!!
    Had left over chicken in a curry tonight. Made chicken soup out of the bones so thats tea for tomorrow night. swapped the jeans , cheated abit shhhhh, put them on and forgot to take off. Mother then said that they didnt suit , so took back with labels still atched - paid £6 more and have changed from slim fit to relaxed skinny.... skinny make me look like a sausage in a skin. running slowly out of face cream, so nippedint b%ts , and lady said that i needed the cheaper one than thought as my face quot" doesnt have a line on it" , so skiped off to the gym!!!
    20 slogging n then weights and chilling!!!

  • Yay sold some more rubbish, this time made £20 for a handbag ..... just worried it may be going to lulas hous!. Laurajo, i am tempted but untill deffo confirmed not buying one yet!

    I have hidden my credit card and debit card.i am abstaining from spending in feb - sounds dramatic. buit there is no reason at all to spend. i ended up paying £30 on an eye test to be told the pescription is so low that i will have to struggle on or pay 200 quid on a pair of glasses.

    right best go and post flebay stuff, then off to the gym - got a intesnse class then 20 mins cross trainer then arm weights ..... i know i will ache tomorrow but hey ho!!!

    will get to catch up properly tomorrow fingers crossed!!!

    Right just need :-
    1. to win the lottery not a grose amount just a nice one!
    2. get a good insurance claim ( noth that i condone it but everyone else does!)
    3. stop spending blooming money on that credit card!!!!


    off to pilates to join the cheerleaders....... aching like mad and very long shift today!!! back on with car sharing and car sharer finished work an hour later grrr....
    Also i put to you.....
    hen do for oh's friends gf, £100 plus drinks - one falls on weekend at work - deffo cant do, other doesnt - do i do or stop at home as if it were a quick drink round town i wouldnt flinch but £100 id an awful lot!
