Unlimited Data Plan?

I had the simplicty sim from o2 back a year ago. Its only about£18pm with around 600 mins (this is what I remembered) and unlmtd txt&internet, unfortunatly my ex took my sim since I went on this new contract. Now my contract is about to finish now, and it is clearly no way I can get the my only sim back from my ex, had a search online these days find there is no network offering unlmtd internet anymore part from 3 (which I will never go back for sure!!!) and giffgaff ( I am kind of paranoid wth the customer serivce mmmm...). Wondering if anyone can suggest that I can get a deal from anywhere?xx

Instead of looking for a new deal you could try to get the sim back. Did you ever register the sim? If the sim is registered in your name report it lost to 02 and get a replacement sent to your address. then you can port your existing number on to the 02 sim.

T-Mobile do unlimited internet (the Full Monty plan) and Virgin Media have just announce the launch of an all you can eat data tarrif too.

If you cant get it back from your ex and its in your name, you could report the sim card lost and request a replacement sim card?

Thanks my dear. I would love to do that, but problem is he is using that sim at the moment and I did gave the sim to him myself when were together so I don't feel it is right to get my sim back like this.... thanks for your help tho

I have heard that Virgin media doesnt have really good signal coverage, not sure about T-Mobile?

I am suprised that back a year ago there is "unlimited data plan" package/deal everywhere, now they only offer 1GBmax pm?! Why is that?!

Thanks my dear. I would love to do that, but problem is he is using that sim at the moment and I did gave the sim to him myself when were together so I don't feel it is right to get my sim back like this.... thanks for your help tho

I've been with T-Mobile for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with coverage. Theire network is combined with that of Orange now, and as a result is the UKs largest I believe.

I believe that Virgin Media also uses the combined T-Mobile/Orange network (Everything Everywhere) so coverage shouldn't be a problem with them either.

Thanks again. I think T-mobile sounds more reasonable then. Wondering if I can use the internet for tethering? sometimes I do with mobile networks will join in the summer sale as well :rotfl:

flingin in my 2 cents here im with the network 3 have been since there mobile broadband was first realeased im gettin torrent download speeds of 1.1mb per second I TETHER ALL THE TIME, im in scotland by the way and my current virginmedia download speed is 1.2mb per second 10% of there advertised speed u know the scam they pull 20mb is 2mb in real terms as your true speed is 10% of the advertised speed as thats just your CONTAINER SPEED, widos like ANYWAYS due to superior download speeds, a phone service which aint crap and a few years ago 3 certainly was hey ho virgin medias gotta go and mobile broadband reducing my household bills considerably theyd be canceled already cept im tied into contracts.............

T-Mobile allows tethering on the Full Monty. That said, I tether frequently on a lesser T-Mobile tariff and never have a problem.
