For cobnuts, I go to the end of my driveway :j my next door neighbours have a tree/plant which I almost cut down/back last year as when it's green and leafy you can't see what's coming up the road when you are pulling off the drive. When I spied the cobnuts that were on my side, I was having them! I'm watching it closely this year and there are loads on there
I usually grow loads in my garden but this year decided against it. Just as well with all this rain, my tomatoes would have all had blight. But my strawberries are doing nicely after 2 winters outside
I must be tired, I read that as coconuts :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
Best of luck frequent
Hope we will be jumping for joy tomorrow!

Question about best before dates.
Years ago when I were a skint student, I worked in a local supermarket. One of my jobs was stock rotation. I was always told that if bread had a date of say ...
Best before 03 July (2)
.... this meant that the bread was best before 3rd July but should be sold 2 days before hand i.e. today, 1st July. I was in Asda earlier and they had a shelf full of 02 Jul (2) bread that a fellow shopper hadn't noticed as she picked from the back and presumed she'd gotten a good date. When I asked an SA if the bread should be on the shelf he said that Asdas policy was to reduce down the 02 July bread tomorrow and not before. Was he fobbing me off? I've had a look online and found this on the food standards agency websiteSome products, such as bread, carry a different style of ‘best before’ date, e.g. best before 20 December (2). The number in brackets is how many days before the ‘best before’ date the manufacturer recommends it should be sold. So, in this example, that would be by the end of 18 December.
Eggs are an exception – they must be sold at least seven days before the ‘best before’ date. It is illegal to sell eggs after this.

Just had to say that I've been on FB and had someone "friending" me for ages but didn't recognise her name so declined. Found out it was someone from my primary school who was like my arch enemy. We even had a scrap one time and i vividly remember a lot of hair pulling (and I am a placid and laid back person and a bit of a wimp).
Anyway, just seen a pic of her that she uploaded. OH MY GOD, she looks dreadful, and I mean really dreadful... Is it really wrong for me to have laughed my head off and to be feeling a bit smug??! :rotfl::rotfl: I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that but let's just say she looks like a sack of spuds (and not those orgasmic spuds from earlier)
He he he.:rotfl::rotfl:Tiger :cool:
