How do you make the cheesy bread? I found the shortbread recipe, Waitrose were selling off lavender sugar cheap

Recipe is here - It is really easy
Lavender Shortbread
160g unsalted butter
80g caster sugar
2 teaspoons of fresh lavender or 1 teaspoon dried lavender
160g plain flour
80g cornflour
Cream the butter and sugar together
Add the lavender
Sieve the flour and cornflour into the mixture and bring to a dough
Put in a oblong tin. Use a fork to press holes in it
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 mins
