I had a lovely cuddle with him this afternoon & he's such a placid little thing & totally adorable!

I had a PM from Lutzi1 a little while before the jubilee & I know she was very busy with rehearsals for concerts, but it would be good to know she is well! So if ur lurking give us a wave Lutzi1:)

Just need to post another funny

My window cleaner came up to me in the street the other day and started shouting and swearing at me. I thought to myself, "He's lost his rag!":rotfl:
Funny I was wondering where Lutzi was I have her email addy will send her an email & let you know if I get a reply.

I woke up last night to find the ghost of Gloria Gaynor standing at the foot of my bed. First I was afraid......... then I was petrified!

Hi everyone. Been a busy day looking at the price flop and thinking what to buy with it. :)

Has anyone worked out any good deals? Seen some on skincare posted.

Also, please could you post deals with using one price drop per transaction. I don't like to override the rule written on there but they also won't allow it through. All coupons get checked.

I think I have a body clock like FK's. Really should be in bed. :o

Did everyone's £1 cake coupons go through ok today with multibuys, have done it several times with old price drop coupons and never had a problem before. But today spent over £40 total through a manned till but it got flagged as not spent enough. Got 2 lots of £1.30 cakes on 2 for £2 and some value 40p ones so spend before offer was exactly £3, think before it has always been slightly over as I have not gone for cheapest value ones and got the choc chip cake bars for 50p. Hope Ts have not sussed out our little glitch. :(

    Eyes dropping now.

Mum is home and tucked up in bed, I hope she will be ok until I go back in the morning.

We had a few tears earlier. Because she did something silly, she can hardly stand and decided to brush the toilet after she used it. I'm embarrassed to say I shouted at her like she was a little child and she said she wanted to go to bed and didn't want to live anymore. She keeps saying she is trying to save me and I have lost count how many times I have said if she keeps pushing herself to do silly things it won't save me at all. She will just end up making herself even more unwell. :( After I calmed down a bit I gave her a big hug and stroked her face and told her she must look after her back and forget everything else and leave it to me so I will have to wait and see if she remembers.

Have read her discharge letter and yesterday's MRI does show further spread of the cancer in the same area so no more radiotherapy can be given. Also read that they would expect upper body to be affected too but it said no physical signs as yet. I expect the jumps and twitches in her arms that have caused her to drop cups of tea are probably early signs. So sad to see a loved one deteriorate in front of your eyes. I really can empathise with 3dogs on this. :(

My mum looked like a little lost soul tonight, sad eyes and finding it so hard to walk. I think the fight in her is subsiding a bit. She has surprised me so many times getting stronger but somehow I think this time things may be different. Pain relief been upped to 80mg zomorph twice a day now but still needing oramorph for break through pain. I love her so much but I really do not want to see her suffer anymore it breaks my heart. I was so happy to think she was coming home and would be more comfortable in her own surroundings but I'm questioning now whether she will be able to cope there on her own with me going in.

Elite 11 please forgive me for writing all this but I needed somewhere to get it off my chest, I hope it has not upset anyone who has been through what I am now. I really value the space here to open up it does really help. Thank you :A
