Bound to be a supplement containing plant stanols if I look in my local health food shop.
Best to do it with food because you can stick to it as you say Benecol is expensive, don't have to do it all at once we'll get that sh* (how do I spell it again

What can I say.... Ive never been so emotional because of a virtual friend in all my life....
I really dont know what to say....
We all have a lot to thank for our elite group, and I must say, I do hope that we, as part of the elite can help you through this hard time, as a part of your family, be it a virtual one, but not a day goes by where I dont think of you both, in work, sat watching tv and on the internet..... You will never be alone...
I think I speak for the whole thread when I say that we miss you and think of you every day...
Our thoughts are with you honey xxxxhugsxxxx0 -
I don't post that much on here - purely through lack of time, but I do love reading everyone's stories and contribute where I can.
Just wanted to add that I'm thinking of Mr & Mrs 3dogs, they seem like absolute :A0 -

Best Price says extra virgin olive oil has plenty in it. I got a bottle of posh napolina stuff from asda today for 84p (well 10p after an APG) so maybe I should just hold my nose and take a tablespoon every night before bed? :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I did the same. I came on the thread in such a good mood after my fab whoopsie shop, then read 3Dogs post and was in floods of tears.

I have replied to a couple of long overdue PMs tonight. I am so sorry to the lovely people that have taken their time to send me gorgeous words and I have neglected to respond. Westie, Chelseagirl, neosi and flowerclipper my first job of the day tomorrow is to reply to yours. I intended to tonight but I am feeling far too emotional so I'm going to snuggle up with my doggies and watch a romcom instead. Sorry :Axxxxxxx
And speaking of.......I am beginning to really worry about lutzi Does anyone have contact with her outside MSE? It's just not like her to disappear and the last we heard from her was regarding all her plans for the Jubilee celebrations so a few weeks ago now. She last logged on 09/06/12 so not too long ago but I would just like to know she's ok.
