Had a fantastic whoopsie session tonight.:j:j
Everything 90% reductions.
Met my lovely Irish lady and another really nice lady I often see and we teamed up to help each other out.
It was brilliant. We all did really well as there was loads of it. I got some fabulous bargains including fillet steak, chicken, chops, 2 packs lamb, 3 x finest minced beef chicken breasts, 2 beef joints, sausages, lots of fresh fish, smoked salmon, loads of currys, 5 tapas
, masses of fruit and veg
Used a 3 off 20 spend and the total for all this lot plus 2 finest bouquets and another bunch of roses and Irises worth in total £28 was....
£16.76 :j:j
The fillet steak alone was over £24
And I didn't even touch the bakery!!;)
We've agreed to meet up again next wednesday

Whoopsying at its very best, excellent!!!

I think it has quite a lot of caffeine in it & caffeine isn't that good for you either. In way pleased that I am not allowed Coke & Pepsi which i love but it does make me a little friendly :eek:0 -

I got 12 bottles whoopsied a week ago for 90 odd pence the lot so have been taking 2 a day. I won't buy them all the time as they are so expensive.
Bound to be a supplement containing plant stanols if I look in my local health food shop.0 -

Sterols and stanols are ubiquitous in the plant world. They are most effective when taken with food and are produced commercially to add to food. They are available under various trade names, e.g. Benecol® and Flora pro.activ®. They are usually sold in the form of margarine but can occur in other forms like yoghurt. Rich natural sources include rice bran, avocado oil, original wheat germ and extra virgin olive oil.You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you. ~John Wooden 154/06/2700 -
