Can't remember who mentioned fancying bacon and mushrooms on toast for breakfast this morning but my fridge now has bacon and mushrooms ready for my breakfast tomorrow - been fancying it all day since I read the post

Yes but I did have a good walk this evening and hopefully should get some more exercise later (I'm taking the hound out for another walk you grubby minded lot!!!!!)

It must be remembered that the main aim of my 'diet' is not weight loss, its cholesterol reduction. The cholesterol numbers looked high in Best Prices figures though??
