It must be remembered that the main aim of my 'diet' is not weight loss, its cholesterol reduction. The cholesterol numbers looked high in Best Prices figures though??
So you're going wombling with the dog
We need to know exactly what you are eating & drinking for the whole day. I know you're trying to lay off the cheese which you love, maybe a tiny bit of grated cheese as a treat it will seem like more grated0 -

It was the bacon. If you cut out the bacon, that should reduce your cholesterol significantly along with other changes
Just How Unhealthy Is Bacon?
You probably won't be surprised to learn that 68% of bacon's calories come from fat, almost half of which is saturated. Each ounce of bacon contributes 30 milligrams of cholesterolYou can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you. ~John Wooden 154/06/2700 -

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.0 -

I did have a treat today......
todays meals.....bowl of honey nut cheerios......then on route I had a pack of sarnie ham. Its only the standard £1 tulip packs but I eat the whole pack. No bread or butter etc. Then had 2 apple turnovers as I was starving. Not cream ones, just apple and puff pastry off the deli at T's. Then my dinner tonight....which I might add was small than I'd normally cook for myself. Add to that a few coffees and thats your lot.0 -
