    It was the bacon. If you cut out the bacon, that should reduce your cholesterol significantly along with other changes

    Just How Unhealthy Is Bacon?

    You probably won't be surprised to learn that 68% of bacon's calories come from fat, almost half of which is saturated. Each ounce of bacon contributes 30 milligrams of cholesterol

    Can't beat a bacon sarnie though with some brown sauce:

    I add the eggs when I feel like treating myself.

    I did have a treat today......

    todays meals.....bowl of honey nut cheerios......then on route I had a pack of sarnie ham. Its only the standard £1 tulip packs but I eat the whole pack. No bread or butter etc. Then had 2 apple turnovers as I was starving. Not cream ones, just apple and puff pastry off the deli at T's. Then my dinner tonight....which I might add was small than I'd normally cook for myself. Add to that a few coffees and thats your lot.

    As you were travelling we will let you have the TWO Apple Turnovers but a lot of fat in pastry, the rule of thumb making regular pastry is half fat to flour & puff pastry has more fat to create the layers.

    I want one now but back on the gluten free dairy free etc & already feeling better for it

    Agreed - food diary please preferably with pics

    Too much hastle. Barely have the motivation to do the stuff I do now and even then its a struggle. Keeping diaries and stuff is just so laborious.

    I will try and update most evening with a resume though.

    There are 150 calories in Honey Nut Cheerios With 1/2 Cup Skim Milk

    Ham - 120 calories

    Apple turnovers - 588 calories - 38.8 g fat:eek::eek:
