So, out of all of the accommodation adresses in the UK, this firm just happens to pick one used by a PPC. I'm sorry, but I simply can't believe this.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I doubt there's any link - hundreds of companies are registered at that address. It doesn't actually mean they're based there.
That particular address is anyones for £40 plus VAT.0 -

They can't. You pay them £25. If and when you get one, they pay off the PPC.
As with any insurance, not everyone is going to claim. The plan is to get more in than they pay out.
Of course, one way to maximise your profit is to not pay the PPCs, just like we do. Again, like the EHIC scam.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
