I didn't even want to give this site a star! I am currently in contact with trading standard and will be reporting to Google to have this site removed and banished permanently! I ordered a Navy blue dress for my engagement next month and they sent it to me in bright Green! There are also sequins hanging off by a thread! I paid £117.33 for the dress and not only is it the wrong color, the quality is disgraceful! I have contacted them regarding a refund and they will not send me an address of where to send the dress back to, they have taken it upon themselves and decided that it will probably cost too much to send make and may get lost in the post, therefore they are sorry and will give me £20 and i keep the dress! I don't want the dress and the fact they are insinuating that the dress will get lost makes me wonder more! They made the mistake and i have to pay for it?! I have asked 5 times for an address and they avoid the question! They have ruined my engagement and i am absolutely devastated because not only do i not have a dress but i also don't have the funds for the dress! When i spoke to trading standards today they told me that never trust a website with no contact number or address, this website also doesn't have a sign saying 7 day consumer, money back guaranteed although when i knew know different and looked at the return policy it looks so legit! NOT! PLEASE anyone do not use this website, the other positive feedback must be fake! even when you email there live chat, they dont respond, when they finally respond its from Hotmail accounts. This says it all!!0

I think they also pass satchels off as leather, just received one as a gift, very shoddy, looked up the address from parcel and found this thread. Anyone got a recent link as to where they sell the satchels? Thanks0

It would seem they're still up to their old games. I bought a dress on eBay, it was relatively cheap compared to what others have spent, but it didn't fit and I wanted to return it. Low and behold, they suggest they give me a partial refund and I either keep the dress or sell it on. Why on earth would I want a dress that doesn't fit or go through the hassle and possibly pay fees to sell it on? They then said I needed to return it to an address in Shanghai as they don't have anyone at the UK warehouse. I deliberately bought the dress from a UK seller on eBay and made sure I could return it. I stated this in my response and asked how they sent it to me from the warehouse if no-one was there... I demanded a full refund with a UK return address otherwise I'd be contacting eBay. They've responded and given me the address in Portsmouth, I'm returning the dress today so we'll see what happens. I hope it doesn't get "lost" in the post.0

Make sure you send it by a tracked service, so that you have proof of delivery... otherwise it will almost certainly become "lost".0 -
I have just got a parcel from the same address but I did not order the item. Has my name and address on it.
I suppose under the consumer act I can treat it as a gift..0 -
They are also a front for Amazon sellers Arbinet and iSunny.
Ordered dining sets from both companies and received completely different make and model both times.Ebay sellers operating from this address includemechanic_warehouse, lanyan2015, wow-mart.inc, winwinexpert, wzaetrade, xx-moto, superitem4u, jakohome, lyon-palace, tinsan_furniture, furniturer.
Other Amazon traders include LL TRADER LTD and GFKK.
This gleaned from a 5 minute search, I wonder how many more would appear on a closer inspection.0 -

FWIW this address is also linked to delllaptopbattery .com - spotted when looking for, unsurprisingly, a replacement battery for a Dell laptop. The site text shouts 'dodgy Chinese website' with its awful 'English' and poor cutting and pasting! Be warned.0
