Sunday - Shepherds pie with roasted butternut squash and parsnips
Monday - el cheapo pasta with equally el cheapo home made sauce with cheese
Tuesday - turkey and vegetable fajhitas with sweet potato chips
Wednesday - baked potatoes, sausages, beans and cheese
Thursday - corned beef hash with mixed veg
Friday - veggie lasagne with roast potatoes and more veggies on the side!
