    You're less likely to get help from a call centre if you ask for an advisor in England straight away. You've made it sound as though you make a judgement based on how capable the person you're speaking to is based on where they are from. You get people who are good at their job all over the world. There are definitely advisors in the uk not capable of doing a good job. I do however agree that uk call centres would be worth a higher cost.
