Crisps if i'm honest
I very rarely eat breakfast but could quite happily munch on some crisps at any time!

A ham and cheese sandwich is lovely for breakfast.....I'm not really a big breakfast person as I dont like cereal and milk sloshing around my tum first thing but a sarnie, toasted if theres time, always hits the spot!!Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0

They have a section on ten minute breakfasts and deskfasts and breakfasts to go that might help.

in the olden days (so i've bn told) they used to make a huge pot of porridge and pour it into a drawer to set. then they would just cut out a square and heat up when they needed it:T
