As searching TAYAB in Peterborough gives CLARENCE ROAD with a mobil enumber
Dont Know if this is correct?

I would put Bhatti & the street/town & see if anything comes up

it doesnt matter who signs for it, it was sent to the right address by you and it was delivered by royal mail, end of story.

Item was delivered to Cromwell Road - neither name brings anything up for the post code though?

Can you clarify if it was sent recorded or special delivery. It should have been sent via special delivery as it's worth over £32.

On the face of it, paypal will be on OP's side, as the slip has been signed.

Whether the buyer can persuade PP that they didn't sign it is another matter.

Was it a confirmed address, I thought paypal only offer seller protection to confirmed adresses regardless of recorded delivery.

You need both - proof of delivery + confirmed address.

Isn't that for protection from credit card chargebacks rather than protection from paypal Non reciept disputes?

For protection from paypal disputes for non delivery don't you only need to have sent via a recorded method worldwide - wether the address is confirmed or not?

Recorded, but as it sold for around that amount it was sufficient cover.

Click on the paypal transaction - it's something like address status: confirmed
