    If the answer to that question is "no" then there's little you can do but wait and cross your fingers. If the answer is "yes" then maybe you could provide me with further details of your order and your claims submission so I can check that you have indeed followed their terms to the letter (probably best to do this via email rather than on a public forum).

    If you have made a valid claim and your cashback is already late then I would be only too happy to talk to the retailer on your behalf.

    Looks like I'll have to keep my fingers crossed.
    I've got away with 2nd class mail to Dialaphone, The Mobile Shop & Cool New Mobile so far. Maybe this is my comeuppance! Having been burnt a few times, I'm pretty experienced at complying but might have made an error. Cashback is always late. Do they do it on purpose?

    Not really. Reestit Mutton's is definitely the most professional and he/she certainly understands the industry. There was a site www.alexsmobiledeals.org that I looked at in August '06 (It's still in my Cashback file in my cupboard!) but he disappeared soon afterwards
