    Back on message, and to move away from the brit1234 fan-club, from what I hear - house prices rises are no longer confined to within the M25.

    It's really good to see house prices in other regions start to pick up steam too.

    For goodness sake, a sober statistic about house prices is released and this forum just descends into nonsensical beastliness and ribbing, its like bloody boarding school for retards or something.

    You are the only person here I have called an idiot, but if you can explain how me saying I’m feed up with your constant posts about brits (admittedly totally inaccurate) predictions means I agree with them I will take it back.
