From their twitter feed.
I make the year on year now within a couple of hundred quid as well, so basically flat.
That's the third index to be surprisingly positive in recent weeks, after both ONS and Acadametrics went month on month and year on year positive.
Halifax and Nationwide are also both now within a few tenths of a percent of going year on year positive as well.
And all of this before the recently announced mortgage funding increases kick in.... Second half of the year could be interesting.

Don’t you think this is wearing a bit thin now. Even though brits predictions seem a bit strong I am finding it rather boring when any almost any thread I open I find you digging at him.0 -

They've been doing so for the last few months.
No idea why.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

They haven't. You can see their older tweets, and there aren't many, suggesting they haven't been tweeting long.
The one for April was tweeted on 29th May, same day as it came out. The March one was the 1st May. Also the same day it came out. So believe you are spouting porkies here Hamish!
Would think someone has messed up.0
