Never had anything that looked like a special offer or custom terms. Just standard plugs for standard products, masquerading as offers.

Lloyds online banking Now has the upgrade account on their now and am seriously thinking about it only as the platinum has home start and £250 interest free OD instead of the £100 which wouldn't make a difference as don't use the OD.

Always had the option to upgrade to silver, and off that page the option to "compare accounts" gives the option to upgrade to gold, platinum and premier. For me I see little point though.

Still no offers displaying just the follow us on twitter and the generic banners at the bottom of the page where the "My Offers" should appear. Probably don't have anything to offer me :-(

Have marketing preferences set to yes for display personalised sales messages so not sure why

Just been playing with the marketing preferences to see if turning them all off will have any impact. Did this logged out and back in again and I get the silly banners when returning from Money Manager.

When I say yes to marketing, log out and back in again. I still get the silly banners but on clicking the Money Manager and back out again to my accounts I no longer see these banners.

Something must be happening in the background I logged in on the 21st and the banners were not there. Logged in the next day and they were back.

All bizare, and I like to know what's going on behind the scenes and if offers are being displayed at the moment and if so only to certain customers. e.g. I already have a ISA so would not expect this offer.

I would think me only being a customer for 4 weeks can't see offers coming in Anytime soon, I do get the faster payments banners.

Yours must say MY offers underneath your accounts.

No, it's not even saying that. Just get the banners as you do.

No don't have "My Offers" showing at all, just the banner under the list of accounts.

I would not know how to start the call, I don't want any offers but it would be nice to have them online and probably try to sell me something in doing so.

Guess it's a fault, or there are no offers available.
