Grrrrrrr Buyer left neg feedback by mistake

Just had my first negative, which i can only assume was left by mistake.

the feedback said 'thank u 4 your item i got it today' but was left as a negative.

have e-mailed her asking to mutually remove it, but so far has not been in touch. have tried to call her as well and no answer.

this has made me really mad as i prided myself on my 100% feedback rating. if i had mucked it up then fair enough, but i havent done anything wrong.

gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

Don't you hate people that leave feedback wrong, or in my case asking for my address!

Hopefully they will withdraw it, in my case I am stuck with it :(

IT's so difficult to leave the wrong feedback, I can never understand how people manage it. Do they not see all the warning screens that ebay put up that say 'you are about to leave a non positive feedback...are you sure'.

    Good luck

i know this lady has asked questions on other feedback she has left as well.

one feedback said 'sorry can u tell me how do i pay 4 this item please' as a +tive

another one left as a neutral said 'is my dvd on is way please'.

i think thats gonna be a problem for me, as she obviously doesnt know how to use ebay properly, so what chance have i got of her understanding the withdraw feedback process.

thats what i was thinking soo when i have left a neg before it warns you before you leave it, so i was thinking maybe she ment to leave it but its a weird comment to leave as a negative dont you think?

Yes, the person that left me neg feedback in the form of a question said she was filling in the mutual feedback form but she never did. She probably didn't know what she was doing.

I have just called her, and she was out, her daughter said she would be back in 10 mins. is it worth calling her back to talk to her about it? or just leave it?

well i called her back and she said it was left in error she pressed the wrong button ( i dont know how as it warns you when you are about to leave a neg) she sais she would sort it out asap was just about to check her e-mails (as i said that ebay would of emailed her about mutually withdrawing feedback) i have had an email from her in reply to one i personally sent her earlier (not the ebay one) just saying 'pressed wrong button sorry' i have now sent her anotehr one asking if she has got the ebay one but no response yet.

i think im going to have to live with the neg on my account but this has majorly peed me off. i have responded to the fedback saying 'Dont know why negative left when thanking me for item left in error perhaps?'

dont know what more i can do. *insert crying smilie*

I HAVE MANAGED TO GET THE FEEDBACK MUTUALLY REMOVED...........YIPPEE

I called the lady up and she admitted she didnt understand how to do a mutual withdrawal, so i talked her through it on the phone and she was most apologetic, 10 mins very well spent so i will get my 100% feedback back. :j
