V888 request for being parked on a public road ???
The OP is perfectly entitled to park there, but it is clearly upsetting the natives, probably best to find somewhere else to park.0 -

True, but it's the home address most of the time, even if it's the spouses car. Not that many are registered to the finance company or the works address.0 -
I see Mikey is up to his usual tricks again. He can't be getting as many bites over in the motoring section so he has come here to play instead.:D"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Either way, you're condoning breaking the law. Should I quote to prevent deletion?
The simple fact is that the OP is parking legally and within his rights. Any petty minded vandalism or retribution would be a police matter. That is, of course, on the understanding that he himself is not the kind of livewire who might respond to a bit of keying on his pride and joy by putting a brick through your living room window. These things tend to escalate, that's why the vast majority of threats are simply hot air.
Suggesting that the OP should park elsewhere is to say that he should give in to bullying and intimidation. What next, he parks on a non-residential street and another driver tells him to move because it's his spot?0 -
So, you don't like it known that the registered keepers details can be obtained by any individual whose land you park on? Even if the situation is engineered? An reason why not? It's not hard to do, it's not expensive, and if the driver is the registered keeper, anyone can have your home address. Any problem with me posting that on here?0

*sigh*
Reasonable cause is going to need supporting. Otherwise, we're looking at severe DPA implications. How long has the car been there? What's the police incident number?0
