To everyone who's order has just gone through at the right price: it might be worth logging into your account to see whether they've been cheeky and changed the price on your order, like they've done on mine.

just checked my account, still says £7.50 for the disney princess easel i ordered this morning. also says created. i am supposed to pick them up from store after 4pm sat, whether they will get cancelled or not i dont know?

I'm just off the phone and got the usual "blah blah blah, new system, blah blah blah, terribly sorry".

Have logged a formal complaint and told them if I don't hear from them I will contact trading standards. A misprice is one thing and we all expect the cancellation emails but to still have an item showing at £7.50 3 days after ordering it and being told it's a misprice is beyond a joke.

my orders were cancelled the day I was due to collect from store but it takes 4 days to refund my money they already took!
