How long is it between the text and the email or it showing cancelled on My Orders?

I got my text AFTER my email, my text was at 10.02am but when I checked my emails, my cancellation email was sent at 9.27am.

If anyone receives the fisher price hammer or the v-tech trumpet today, could they post please as these are the two things I really wanted and both have apparently been cancelled :mad:

Fair point in terms of inconvenience, but in terms of having a contract as far as I'm concerned putting collection time & date on the order has provided me with when the item will be available for collection in the spirit of the T&C.

I have 27 cancelled...oops just had another email...make that 28, John Adams Gross Science fails
I am convinced they do this purposely to generate traffic and new customers who are encouraged by the £10 off £40 code..which never gets seen again as the order is cancelled.
They're baiting customers and should be taken to task.

I also had a random text from them that doesn't even state what order it relates too.

I still have one order outstanding that just says created, It's daisy doodle, the princess easel and Zubber charm wheel. Was meant to be available for collection after 4pm today.
