I placed my order on Tuesday night, this morning I still had two confirmed items and two created items, the created one's have just been cancelled. Boooo, just hope I stll get the other two.

I did loads of Xmas shopping 6 orders all still saying created and that looks like I will get the "sorry tesco is run by chimps and they made a huge mistake for the 400th time" I keep falling for it I guess I'm the chimp lol

3-5 days for a refund! Most other places just earmark the funds until the items dispatch so money goes straight back on balance!

Hi, I ordered the Mobigo and Toy Story Rocket thing and didnt receive confirmation email for any of them. Supposed to picking up from store today but in my account showing as created and ''items still to be dispatched''
Do I go and collect these?!!....dont know what to do.
