Just got a text from Yodel!! to say my tesco direct order will be with me tomorrow and 2 tracking ref's........hmmmm, I hate Yodel but will put up if I get my bargains lol

i've now had 4 despatch texts for two orders that are being delivered to my home, so it looks as though the orders are being split up, the first two i thought fine, that's the geomag & barbie and some dr who stuff which are showing as fulfilled.

now i'm wondering if i'll also be receiving the lightsabres and k'nex that were also in those orders? don't understand why there would be 4 parcels unless it includes items that are currently displaying as 'created'

Cancellation for Hogwarts received. Awaiting e-mails re: Slave 1 and Cars Bentley bust out. Still on created.

2. Disney easel, Toy Story rocket - created, to be dispatched

I sincerely hope they honour the double clubcard points on all these cancelled items, the least they can do. I've only heard from them on one of my orders so far, 3 items cancelled, 2 supplied, totalling £6.25 - 5 clubcard points, should be 12!

Has anyone requested and had their delivery charges refunded yet?

Me too...and the ones that wee showing as completed have vanished from my account...so that's 10 orders cancelled to add to my other 17 makes it 27 in all over the past month or so.
I think it's now time to do something about Tesco and their customer baiting.

I'm scared my whole order will be cancelled!!

It is just sitting there since last night saying 'created' but nothing else , would be happy to receive SOME of the order but do they just cancel the lot , the whole order anyway!??
