My orders are just saying 'created'. I couldn't choose anything other than standard delivery so not really expecting them to change status too soon, though I keep checking back and hoping!

I have ordered a few bits on each one, and there is some Lego included - does anyone know if they will cancel the whole order or just the Lego from it? I can live without the Lego but don't want to lose out on the other bits if they're cancelling entire orders where Lego is included.

Im a little dissapointed with Tesco to be honest. I try most of the deals on here and very rarely get any of the orders processed. I think I have had 30 orders cancelled in the last 2 months of different things ive ordered, albeit misprices. Im getting to the point that maybe we all should complain, Im sure I wasnt the only one last night trying to put things through at silly o clock only to get them cancelled the next day.

Should we complain????

Interesting - my order for the hammer (the only thing I've ordered) is saying 'Created Created' and I got in pretty quick when the topic was first posted.

I'll be annoyed if my order gets cancelled, I don't get any breaks

I do think we should complain, as if the products are 'Mispriced' they still leave the product available to buy for quite some time, or until it sells out then comes back in stock again.
People said yesterday how they were gonna cancel all orders... but instead of trying to cancel orders they should first then prevent any new orders being created ...by the removal of the product from the website.

I placed an order previously for the karcher pressure washer and they phoned to say it was a misprint so they cancelled the order. I then found out on HUKD some people did have their orders honoured. So I complained to CS and they said it was because the orders were already despatched so there was nothing they could do. Plenty of people who got their order...placed the order after me, so their stock allocation doesn't seem to be on first come first served basis either.

If you do complain to the Tesco Dundee call centre and advise them of multiple issues with cancellations, you may get a £10 cmpensation refund if you are nice. You will probably have to "prompt" them by asking if you could be compensated for all the "hassle", but they can be very accommodating ........................... allegedly.

Nothing new with Tesco cancelled orders, but a few do come through.
Don't need toys myself, but good luck to all who ordered.

i've just had doctor who stuff despatched - marked as sent to fulfillment on my orders page. that order also included some light sabers but they're still showing as created. i've had one lego set marked as confirmed, but that was the pharoah's cobra set which has been at a low price for a while.

all other lego sets marked as either created or created created (slave 1 *sob* i soooo don't want that order to be cancelled, my son's been after that set for a year, not seen it reduced anywhere before)
