EXPIRED Cheap toys @ tesco direct [misprices?]

still awaiting my order confirmation email anyone else still waiting? mine ses partially confirmed, i ordered the rapunzel bride (confirmed) and the toy story interactive story teller (created) i piad the extra for delivery tomorrow but not dispatched as of yet lol

I never get texts from tesco (always have my mobile number on as I don't put my house number), one Tesco I use for collect will ring me and tell me my order is ready to pick up, the other, I just turn up, 9 times out of ten its there ready, but last week one item was missing and it turned up on a delivery while I was there, but was a lot of hassel, also worth noting that my account tells me that all of the items are still awaiting despatch, even though I have them!
For that reason I won't take any notice of what it says on my account and will just turn up tomorrow to pick up my lego bits. If they aren't there then I'll ring them to find out why not!

my tesco don't text when the goods arrive any more, i won't be relying on a text, will pop along to see

Just Tesco not doing correct procedures!:mad: I must admit our Direct point (customer service desk) is a train wreck. Everything is hand written in a book and they phone the stock room to get the items brought through, takes forever and usually cannot find your item!:o

I picked mine up once straight off the delivery. They took a note of the number on the box. About an hour later I got a text to say it was ready to collect as they had just checked it in.

Sounds like my local. Always takes ages for them to find someone who knows how to get in the room, one day the security guard felt sorry for me and took me down instead, he just said take it and I'll worry about the paperwork our end, lol. Yet my slightly further away extra store is brilliant and always ring and just get your order straight away. Tesco's are strange though!

I ordered 3 times.
2 for home delivery (only option)
And once for store collection - I have had a text about the store one being ready tomorrow (for our local small click and collect store they text you the delivery date even though they deliver to the store)

In the order I'm collecting tomorrow is:
1 X Timmy Time Giant Soft Toy 2.50

1 X Ben & Holly'S Mini Soft Toy (Only One Supplied) 1.50

1 X Postman Pat Sds Vehicle Assortment - One Supplied 2.00

1 X Fuel Line Fire Rescue Truck 5.00

But I'm not sure that those are mispriced ones?


I have one other partially confirmed order - with one jessie doll confirmed and one geomag confirmed - although the order contained 2 jessie dolls?!!! One is still down as 'created' along with a couple of other bits including a buzz.

And the third order was for 4 mr. potato heads (which were out of stock the first time I ordered). These say created created!



I've bought them as presents for my youngest plus other Christmas pressies, will be fab if I get some of the items!

Just got 2 emails cancelling my partially completed order, not a lot of hope for the 3 at created created then .............

Just had my first cancellation email (10.28pm!) They are leaving it a bit late as collection was for tomorrow!
Just waiting for the other 3 cancellation emails now.
