I received a text that today My Toystory teller will be deliver by YODEL but just received now a text saying that my order had been cancelled.
On my account it's showing Partially Confirmed

had 7 items for home delivery, 1 item (polar panic) has been despatched due to be delivered by yodel today. The other 6 items have now just been cancelled.
Just sent complaint email to customer service and expect my delivery charge back too.0 -
tuesday nights orders cancelled so far, the ones from Wed am still created but i am sure they will be cancelled soon, reason given was mis-price:(0

I used to order quite a bit from Tesco Direct and found them really good. Quick delivery to store.. who then called you to say the item had arrived.
This past 12 months, their service (like the instore service) has REALLY taken a dive.
I've had my Hogwarts cancellation and am just waiting fror the scalextric ones. I expected it.
However.. this is the FOURTH time this has happened this year. The cancellation emails never state why the order is cancelled.. just that it's cancelled. At least these today say sorry.. my previous ones just said xxxx is CANCELLED.
The store never calls, emails or texts to say an order has arrived.
My account page never seems to update quickly enough. It gets to the time I should collect and my account page says "AWAITING DISPATCH" yet I find the item is waiting instore.
I ordered an iPad3, collected it, got home and they'd sent the wrong colour and model. I called them and they couldn't exchange it... I had to go back instore.. get a refund (which took 5 days to come through) and then reorder. (which I did... from Argos)
I ordered a kettle... which didn't work.
The collection counter is also the customer service AND the tobacco counter AND the lottery counter. With one person on it. So its a 15min wait everytime you go.
In short.. as you might guess... I've HAD IT with Tesco Direct now
(unless I actually get my £5 scalextric)

Mine don't even state they were mis-priced and have had this same email for every order:

3-5 days for a refund! Most other places just earmark the funds until the items dispatch so money goes straight back on balance!0
