0845 601 0436 is the number for Aqua customer services team.
If anyone like me have to pay for 0845 numbers, their geographic number is 029 20 818079
You could also try freephone number 0800 5875770.
it is for payments but will transfer you to the right section.

Does using the faster payments for credit cards actually work then? Or do they still take a couple of days to process them at the other end?

I've never actually tried it before as I usually pay by direct debit but because my aqua limit is so low i'm having to make more than one payment a month
  • My FP showed as available funds within a couple of hours, and as a payment made the following day. Certainly easy and worthwhile, given the low credit limit.
  • Bitter sweet! There are always strings attached. Just be careful with this. One missed payment and your in trouble!!
  • At Aqua website, I made a debit card payment on the 4th.
It has not gone through as yet. It has not been taken from my bank account either.
Time quoted for Faster Payments is upto 2 hours, but most of the time it goes though in a few minutes.

FP's can only be made from your bank account, doing it via Aqua you pay via BACS which will take 3 days.

How can we find out the cashback currently accrued? Is it on the paper statement? Or do I need to keep track of cumulative spending ;-)
    Free is my favourite price!

Can't find cashback accrued in the printed statement that I received.
Do we have to wait till the year end?!

You haven't looked hard enough. It's on the paper statement.

Unless you applied for the wrong card. You sure you have the reward card and not something else?

Yes it is on the paper statement. I haven't seen it online anywhere, but then I haven't really looked hard for it.
