Can you be more specific what is happening please. What (exactly) happens when you select a restore point? Give full text of any error messages. If it's in Safe mode it will say safe mode in all four corners of the screen and the icons will be huge compared to normal.
The other option as suggested above is a factory reset. You'll need to backup any important date files first as everything would be deleted, setting the machine back to the way it was when it left the factory.How do I add a signature?0 -
