  • i converted some of my nectar points, giving me £12.50 to spend on ebay, i purchased a baby item and when checking out the voucher wasnt deducted and its charged the full £38 to my visa card, leaving me with just £1.18 in my bank. i was raging that my babies milk money has been spent, i had a live chat with e bay who started talking about my computer !! i rang nectar to be told the voucher doesnt cover everythink like alcohol, what the hell, since when was a baby pram hood classed as alcohol, i was told i wouldnt get my £12.50 returned but had 6 months to use the voucher, for one if the voucher wouldnt work this time then it wont next time and i am totally broke, thats why i used the voucher so i wouldnt use all my remaining cash, what a rip off.

Ive not used the ebay vouchers but I wouldnt authourise the paypal payment if the amount was wrong so you seem partially to blame.

Could try phoning ebay to see if they will refund it as a goodwill guesture?
