they received my information what they asked for i.e payslips for the year work contract p60 and childcare receipts on the 12th and it was done yestreday the 22nd so 10 days...

Thanks, hopefully mine will be sorted in that length of time, I have sent everything they have asked so fingers crossed.

Sent my letter recordered delivery Friday,just checked on the Royal Mail tracking and its been refused and can't get through to the number!! Its the address on that they asked me to send it too

There was actually no one at the compliance office to sign for the delivery, I have tried calling and its just an answermachine so I am guessing the office is closed,even though the letter states opening hours 8.30-1700 Monday to Friday

what was the address?
many Gov't offices/Dept's are being closed/relocated.
Some they have redirection/redirections in place.
Some simply no longer 'exist'
so whilst the address maybe valid,the people at that address on't be dealing with that mail and without a valid redirection the mail s refused.
refused is not the same as nobody to sign.

i think they were on strike...ive finally got mine complete and awaiting a payment tomorrow even tho when i spoke to them on friday they said i would probably owe them as they have had to take the 30 hour element off me for last year but have left it on for this year...im so glad its finally over.. what a stressful time its been ... hope you get yours done soon.. keep on the phone to them i did nearly everyday..

I'm going to give them a call, then as my stuff was delivered to them the end of last month and have still heard nothing back. I'm glad all is well for you n111c

All my documents were recieved last Tuesday, I have rang for an update, the girl said she probably wouldn;t be able to look at it until end of week, nearly 11 weeks since I renewed claim, wish it was sorted now.

Hi, I don't suppose anyone has the telephone number for the belfast compliance office please? It's just that I'm at work and wanted to phone to find out what's what, but I've forgotten my letter :mad: .
