thanks guys thats helpful advice. maybe i could put it too them to hire a cleaner or something as for deposit. The easy way out is tempting- less hassle. Trouble is there is probably a lot of tenants do this and landlords getting away with the law.
It just baffles me. Ive had a few great landlords in the past ones ive regretted moving on from.Its a shame there is this minority "im above the law" type landord.
Think ill sue the !!!!!!!. not just because i can. but because he deserves it.0 -
I think the comments regarding the cleaning are because most of us have been their in the past. Tenants (unless otherwise stated) are responsible for the cleaning. It almost always leads to arguments as one person always seems to do more.
