Your booster ran out & you are being charged pays rates.I don't think you get an e-mail when the booster runs out.Just keep a note of the date to renew.
I personally enjoy being on T-mobile.Their data coverage is great. No complaints at all from me.0 -
I was on T-Mobile PAYG with a smartphone and once my contract runs out I will be again.
What you want to do is
1) Turn mobile data off to avoid chewing your credit
2) Top up by at least £20 (online you seem to be able to do any amount, I did £21 to leave £1 credit)
3) Text 6MONTHWEB to 441
4) Wait for the confirmation text
5) Put a calendar reminder in to buy it again in 6 months.
I considered Internet for £3.33 a month a very good offer.0 -
Hi Rochdale
Sorry have been away for a while myself!! Yes thats correct we have a capped data rate limited to £1 per day so thats what the charge will be for. The coupon entries are just logs of each time your handset accesses the internet and unfortunately no there isnt a notification when it runs out. On the newer plans if you top up 15 quid a month internet is thrown in for free as well as unlimited txts

I've never found a way of seeing what I've used with T-Mobile, having said that I've not been charged for extra data either.
I use NetCounter on my Android phone.
