Never to me, and I've had at least 100 waxes!

I swapped for laser hair removal, and now have a permanent brazilian

Blimey how much did that cost?
Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

The waxes were £20-£30 each

The laser hair removal was far far far cheaper in comparison (and I had full legs, underarms and arms done as well!!)

How many IPL treatments did it take to get rid of all the hair "down there" and how much did it cost? I'm sure I'm close to having a phobia of hair, I hate it that much, so I have heavily considered IPL.

I've paid about £1600 for it all (6 sessions) - I did it when there was an offer on though - it's normally £1200 just for full leg (6 sessions).

It isn't very comfortable when they're actually lasering, but I'm so pleased with it. I get the odd hair come through (maybe one every couple of months) which I just get with tweezers ;)

I used to have them regularly. A good one will cost between £30 and £50 a time.

Yowser..I pay £8 in the beauty salon at a casino near where I live.

I've been getting it done for years now, stings a bit, but not so bad, they do a really good job and make you feel really at ease.

For ingrowing hairs my beautician recommended using facial scrub on the affected area, which I can recommend.

I had a brazillian done last year, my beautician was learning how to do them and she did them for free one day so she could practice, think she must have done about 30 waxes in one day! What I didn't know when I agreed to have it done was that there was another beautician I had never met learning with her and she waxed me... leaving me with a wobbly 'strip'! It looked very silly, but I couldn't really say anything! I'm going to get it done again soon I think, I liked being smooth underneath IYKWIM!

I was expecting it to really hurt when they waxed the underneath 'bits', but it wasn't that bad. It was the main pubic area that hurt like nobody's business! Think when I go again I'll ask for a bigger strip so I don't have to go through too much pain in that area!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
