DH got a call out from the farmers where he keeps his work stuff, chimney pouring in with rain so he's gone to try and fix it.
Spent most of the day out yesterday,& had a much needed haircut-hadnt had it cut since March:o,looked like Shaggy off Scooby Doo:rotfl:In fairness I usually had it worn up so could get away with it,but have had it cut shorter now.
Came home and finished DN outfit for the hen party shes going to-based on KatyPerrys California girls,a blue wig and cupcakes in strategic places.I have decorated a crop vest but some of the girls are just wearing bikini tops:eek:
:eek:Decluttered my wardrobe to put into a charity bag and left it out,but think I may have missed the collection, was a bit late putting it out.I've also tidied the craft/office room as at the mo it is far more craft than office:rotfl:
We're off to my cousins 6oth 'do' tonight,so think we'll just have egg & chips or something .DH still sulking a bit cos of the England match,I'm sure they'll have it on somewhere.
Hugs to anyone who would like one x

  • NMLC - sorry to hear that, please accept my condolences

As for me well I didn't get to sleep until about 2 a.m. as I was listening to the rain and had the bedroom window open a bit as well... I am a bit bonkers....

Major situation this morning when it took 2 hours for the big PC to fire up, I thought I'd get no work today but I did get some as it eventually fired up (probably got tired of holding out LOL!). Then I get on there and I've been offered the chance to review the a BBC1 weekend gig in London at the end of the month! :eek:Very pleased with that. We will need to be down there for IVF reasons at the same time so we've just got to cost it. I've found a hotel chain called TUNE on the internet - anyone heard anything about them? Okay reviews from TripAdvisor and very cheap....

Apart from that not much to report. Got some freebies though the post this morning (perfume and tea) and it's just heavy showers here with torrential rain forecast for what was meant to be a grass cutting weekend. Anyway, hope everyone has a nice day and a nice weekend. I'm looking forward to dong my shopping and seeing it it works out the same as I've worked it out using the Asda prices LOL - I know, that is just very depressing that that is exciting me :rotfl:
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D
