    thats true :( trying to think of other ways for this not to affect you and your daughter too much.....

    you said they'll sell below market value. Is there any way that you can agree that you'll sell but you want to wait till you get market value then they know they will get their money eventually and you might come put with enough for a small place? (I know not ideal but better than a tent right?!)
