The car allowance will taxed and assumed by HMRC as an extension to salary. Also some companies insist that if they pay a car allowance they might insist car is less than 6 years old. Finally, make sure you tell insurance that it is for business use otherwise your cover is void when going from site to site as standard insurance only covers comute to usual place of work.
Yes, I understand that (my job will be supporting accounting and payroll, so know the regulations). Insurance company are aware and it is for 'business use'.If the world is a stage... I want better lighting!0
