Yep, quoted it at them, told them they are now in breach of contract etc, and still nothing.

I've so far had about £1300 from EJH for two great trips to Barcelona. Please add this to the 'Refund Totaliser'.

As an aside, stayed at the NH Podium, near the Arc de Triomph, and it was lovely, away from the touristy areas, but within walking distance of most areas of interest. A real plus was the rooftop terrace, so after each day's sightseeing, we did some sunbathing in splendid solitude 6 floors up. We then had a sauna and a cool shower to set us up for the evening. There is also a small pool that would be a real boon in the heat of summer.

does this work? im a little confused.. can't see where it says you get it free? do you have to book the expensive hotel and claim back?

Just a quick one! emailed them after i got confirmation but it came back in German (although title was in english) tried again from the .co.uk site and came back french? is this normal or should i ring them?
